You MUST speak to us first before you start your house search, you need to be sure on what you can borrow, and want to obtain an AGREEMENT IN PRINCIPLE from a lender first, so you can confidently put an offer in on a property when you find it and not be let down because you haven't done this!

START LOOKING AT PROPERTIES

Once you have your AGREEMENT IN PRINCIPLE you can confidently put an offer in on a property! Once you have your offer accepted, we will then proceed to applying to the lender we have recommended, ensuring you the cheapest and most suitable deal out there for you.

INSTRUCT SOLICITORS

At this point, while we are gathering your personal documents and preparing your application, you will need to instruct solicitors. We can even do this for you if you really want to save time and have less things to do!

SIT BACK & RELAX!

Now leave it to us! We will liaise with the lender on your behalf, provide them with all the necessary information and documents, and get you through the underwriting and surveying process! All in aim to get you a formal mortgage offer. You don't need to do a thing.
